The Andy Shauf (Andy Shauf) visit to Japan scheduled from November 27th (Monday) will be canceled due to the cancellation of the Asian tour including Japan due to unexpected circumstances on the artist side.
All tickets will be refunded from 2023/11/17 (Fri) to 2023/12/15 (Fri) through the play guide you purchased.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who have been looking forward to the performance, but we appreciate your understanding.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Andy Shauf will no longer be able to perform his planned upcoming Asian dates, including Japan. Refunds at point of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience and Andy hopes to return soon.
Refund is available at ticketing company you have bought the tickets from Friday, November 17th to Friday, December 15th.
We sincerely apologize to those who have been purchased tickets, and ask for your understanding in this matter.
