・The order of entry into the venue is VIP → This will be the order of general customers.

・Q&A sessions, sound checks, and group photo shoots are undecided. Please purchase tickets only if you have enough time. Details such as meeting time will be announced on the e-mail distribution to purchasers and on the special performance page. Also, if you come late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate in the event.

・The number of group shootings is undecided. It's not an individual shooting.

・If you are unable to participate in the above events due to your convenience, you will not be able to refund part or all of the ticket fee.

・When participating in the event, please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate with the smooth progress. If the staff determines that it is a problem, you may be asked to leave.

・Please note that the contents of the event are subject to change in a hurry. At that time, part or full refund of the ticket fee will not be possible.

・Please receive special goods and laminate pass at the venue on the day of the performance.

・The laminate pass of the privilege is a souvenir. Admission to the venue and backstage is not allowed.

Acceptance will be closed at any time as soon as the specified number is reached in advance. In that case, it will not be released in general.

Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, such as damage or loss of tickets or forgetting tickets on the day of the performance.

Tickets are required to enter the venue, and entry with purchase history etc. is not possible. After the ticket is issued, please keep it in a safe place so that you do not lose it.

Tickets can be purchased from the official sales channel listed on this page. Tickets purchased on unofficial sites such as Viagogo and StubHub are not guaranteed. Until now, there have been cases where purchases have been made on an informal site, but no tickets have been received by the performance date. Please note that even in such a case, the organizer will not be able to support you.

Transfers to third parties, resale for commercial purposes, and listing at auctions are prohibited.

If you are using a wheelchair, you need to use the handicap area for safety reasons. If you would like to view it in a wheelchair, please purchase a standing ticket and apply to the organizer. Up to one person can attend the handicap area. A ticket is also required for the attendant. Also, please note that the space is limited.

Please use public transportation to access the venue.

Please note that if this performance is canceled or postponed, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. (including cancellation fees) to the venue will not be compensated.

Depending on the production, there are some areas where the stage is difficult to see.
