The rock band "Carnation" celebrated its 30th anniversary this year.
Regardless of whether it is a major or indie, he has a unique stance in the scene and boasts a career that can be said to be a veteran, but the unique sound that lives together with avant-garde experiments has received hot support from many music lovers. There are many musicians who resonate with them, who always keep on new challenges while knowing what rock is.
To commemorate the 30th anniversary, Wataru Sawabe (skirt) and Yusuke Sato (camera = fountain pen) became the founders, and a tribute album was completed. A gorgeous compilation album that shows at a glance the wide musicality of carnations and the magnitude of influence on the scene, from veterans who have almost the same career as carnations, musicians closely related to carnations, and many young bands representing the current indie scene.
