While The Young Philadelphians are famous for the title of the movie starring Paul Newman, The Young Philadelphians, led by Mark Libou, are bands created in honor of Anett Kohlman's legendary band Prime Time and The Sweet, and Philadelphia Seoul's dynamism in the 1970s.
Of course, Prime Time's Jamaladine Takuma, who played with Coleman, and Calvin Weston Corporation are members.
Mary Halvorson, avant-garde guitarist who is currently receiving the most attention, will participate in the new The Young Philadelphians.
