Formed in Brooklyn, NY in 2007, led by Vo/G's Kipp Burman.

The second album "Billion" released in 2011 also attracted attention in Japan, and in February 2012, he succeeded in visiting Japan alone. He has also performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL twice in 2011 and 2014.
