■THE SKA FLAMES
In 1984, when there was no club scene in Japan, he formed the predecessor band "Blue Flames". The following year, he performed his first live in 1985, celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. He made his world debut in 1989 by Gaz Meir, UK as Japan's first full-scale squad. He has performed with legendary musicians such as Scatalites, Prince Buster, Jackie Mitou, Rico, Laurel Eightkin, and many other great shoguns. "They are the direct lineage of Scatalites," he says, "They are a great faith." Since its formation, it has continued to have a lot of influence on many DJs, organizers, and bands, and even young people are still enthusiastic about their own style.
■Mitsuyoshi Azuma & THE SWING BOPPERS
Guitarist Mitsuyoshi Azuma has been active as a star player in the Japanese blues scene since college in bands such as Blue Heven and Roller Coasters. After graduation, he participated in various sessions and served as the B.B.KING back in the blues world, and has gained tremendous support as a leading guitarist in Japan. His big band "Mitsuyoshi Azuma & THE SWING BOPPERS", which also includes the Horne section, regularly releases CDs and live performances, especially in the spring live held at Shibuya Club Quatro every year, recording a sandout every time, making it a special project for Shibuya Quatro.
■Toshimi Watanabe (TOKYO No.1 SOUL SET)
In charge of vocals, guitar and sound production at TOKYO No.1 SOUL SET. Vocals with their own melody and color have a reputation in various fields, participating in works by various artists, and in recent years he has also produced work.
On January 20, 2010, she released the major debut album "Hismic" of THE ZOOT16, a project that attempts to reflect her musical curiosity. He also participated in the 62nd NHK Red and White Singing Battle on December 31, 2011 as a band "Lake Inawashiro" (Tosumi Watanabe is in charge of BASS), a musician and creator from Fukushima formed in 2009. From January 14th to February 26th, 2012, Toshimi Watanabe will hold his first solo exhibition "Sobacus" (venue: brf Kachidoki). On February 8th, THE ZOOT16's first best album "Z16" was released.
