If you have a ticket for the performance, you can use it as it is for the transfer performance, so if you are planning to attend the transfer performance, please keep the ticket in a safe place until the performance date. Unfortunately, we will accept ticket refunds for those who are not convenient and cannot attend the transfer performance, so please check the information on "Refund" below and apply for refund within the deadline Please go through the procedure.

Please note that we will not be able to respond to tickets that have passed the refund period, tickets that have been severely damaged or dirty, or lost, such as missing stubs or printed content cannot be confirmed.
