This performance will be conducted based on the guidelines of the Government Task Force, the guidelines announced by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and the venue capacity and seat arrangement of Shibuya CLUBQUATTRO.
Due to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, please note the following precautions before applying for tickets and visiting the venue.

1 In the future, if there is a change in the guidelines announced by the Government Headquarters and Tokyo Metropolitan Government, refrain from traveling across prefectures, requests to refrain from going out, issue a declaration of a state of emergency, etc., or if the organizer deems it necessary, the performance may be canceled or postponed or changed regardless of the timing or method of the announcement.
2 If you are concerned about infectious diseases including COVID-19, please refrain from applying for or visiting tickets for this performance.
Please note that the organizer is not responsible for any possible risk, including infection, or other financial losses.
3 This performance is not allowed for pre-school children. (Elementary school students and above can enter, tickets are required for all visitors.)
4 Tickets are only available for e + electronic tickets (smatche / distribution possible), and you can apply for up to 2 tickets per person.
5 At the time of ticket application, [Visit setting] for all visitors on the day using the "e + Accompaniment Registration System" is required.
In that case, e+ member registration is required for the ticket applicant and all accompanying persons (all visitors).

6 If you are not registered in the "e + accompanying person registration system", you must submit a "handwritten application form" at the time of admission.
※If you can submit your personal information (only 4 points of seat number, name, mobile phone number, and e-mail address) in the "Handbook Application Form"
Anyone who has an electronic ticket for this performance can enter.

7 If you fill out a handwritten application form at the venue, it may take some time to enter the venue and it may not be possible to meet the start time.
Please fill out and bring your handwritten application form in advance as much as possible.
8 When there is a request for disclosure from a public organization such as a local government or public health center, such as when a positive person appears in the venue, the four items of the acquired personal information "Seat number, name, mobile number, e-mail address" Will be provided.
In that case, we will submit both the information entered in the "e + accompanying person registration system" and the personal information obtained on the "handwritten application form" on the day of the performance.
9 Install the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App COCOA and operate Bluetooth when entering.
The meeting time at the 10 venues will be as follows for each ticket seat number.

(Group A) 1 to 10 rows and R columns → 15:10 Set

(Group B) 11 to 16 rows and L rows　→ 15:35 Set

(Group A) 1 to 10 rows and R columns → 18:40 Set
(Group B) 11 to 16 rows and L rows　→ 19:05 Set

If you are late for the meeting time, please line up at the end of the entry line at that time.
11 seats will be seated in a seat arrangement with open front, back, left and right, as specified by Shibuya CLUBQUATTRO.
12 Please use alcohol disinfectant for fingers before entering the venue.
13 When entering, we will use a Kielkin water sprayer and check the body temperature by thermography.
If you are drinking, there is a possibility of malfunction, so please come without drinking.
If you are afraid of having a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or more, please leave the admission line and check the temperature by the organizer.
14 In the venue, please wear a mask and refrain from talking about splashing.
15 On the day of the performance, we will not sell goods, sell CDs, or store luggage.
16 Due to measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, handing out letters, gifts, etc. to members, waiting for the venue, waiting for departure, etc. are strictly prohibited.
17 Photographs, videos, and recording activities in the venue, including the waiting space for admission, are strictly prohibited.
18 If you are disabled, please contact the hot staff (03-5720-9999/weekday 12:00-15:00) after purchasing the ticket.
If you are under 19, you will not be admitted on the day even if you have a ticket.
①Those who have been in close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection
②Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently receiving instructions from a doctor to stay at home.
③Those who have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with residents of the country or region.
④Those who cannot cooperate with thermography and temperature measurement when the body temperature is suspected to be 37.5 degrees or higher.　
⑤Those who have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or more according to the organizer's temperature measurement
⑥Those who do not bring a mask or those who cannot wear a mask at the venue.
⑦If a person who is different from the personal information registered in the "e + accompanying person registration system" comes to the event, the personal information of the person who actually enters the event.
