[Guidelines for Performing Performances]

Please read the contents below to the end and apply for a ticket after consent.

・Based on government guidelines, the program will be implemented after securing a capacity of up to 50% of the venue capacity and social distance.
・All tickets for this performance will be handled by Pia's electronic ticket. Free registration of Pia member is required for purchase.

・All seats are reserved for this performance. Please refrain from viewing outside of your own seats in the venue.
・When a request for disclosure is received from a public institution such as a public health center, we will provide the personal information of the ticket purchaser as necessary. The acquired personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above, and will be destroyed three weeks after the end of the performance.
・Please install the "COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA)" by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on your own device in advance and start the app about two weeks before the performance.
・We will check the body temperature with a contactless thermometer when you enter. Alcohol consumption may increase body temperature. Please refrain from drinking before visiting.
・If your body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher, please leave the admission column and take the temperature again a few minutes later. If the display of 37.5 degrees or higher is displayed again, admission will be refused. Thank you for your understanding.
・Alcohol disinfection for fingers will be performed at the time of entry, the operation of the electronic ticket will be performed by the customer himself, and after confirming the ticket, a drink ticket will be handed out. On the day, we will be able to exchange for only soft drinks. In addition, in order to avoid cash exchange at the time of entry, the drink fee will be included in the ticket fee when purchasing the ticket.
・Please ensure a social distance when entering and exiting.
・Please wear a mask at all times from waiting for entry to completion of exit. Please refrain from talking loudly. Please bring your own mask.
・On the day of the performance, there will be no CD sales at the venue. We will inform you about the sale of goods.
・We do not accept gifts, letters, congratulatory flowers, etc.
・Please note that smoking areas in the venue will be closed.
・Coin lockers and cloaks in the venue are not available.

・If you are traveling in a wheelchair, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.

The space for viewing in a wheelchair will be announced at a certain interval. Please contact us as soon as possible because we may not be able to prepare it.

The following customers will not be allowed to enter on the day even if they have a ticket.

・Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or more on the day of the performance (Please take a temperature at home before visiting.)

・Those with symptoms such as cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell disorders, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting, etc.

・Those who have traveled from the government to countries/regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry within 2 weeks prior to the performance.

・Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently receiving instructions from a doctor to stay at home.

・Those who have close contact with COVID-19 infection positive person

・Those who use facilities that generate positive COVID-19 infection

・Those who cannot follow the instructions of the organizer or venue staff.

If you feel sick after entering, please inform the staff immediately. Depending on the symptoms, we may ask you to leave.

・Please refrain from talking or cheering in the hall.

・All seats are reserved to avoid crowds. Please watch it at your own seat.

・You can stand up, raise your hand, clapping, applause, and use silium.

・The act of turning a towel, jumping, or moving a seat is prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is a change in national or local government policy due to infection status in COVID-19 by the day of the performance, the content of the event may be changed or the performance may be canceled.
