About Tickets
Resale of live tickets is prohibited at all.
The act of selling to others or unspecified majority (including auctions) or transferring the act of transferring it is considered a resale act regardless of the reason, even if it is within the range of family members, friends, and acquaintances.
In addition, if any wrongdoing regarding the ticket is discovered, the relevant ticket will be invalidated and admission may be refused.
Tickets will not be refunded in principle except when the performance is canceled.
In addition, resale of tickets using the Internet etc. will be refused.
Admission with resale tickets may be refused if resale is found, so be sure to purchase tickets with a regular play guide.
Also, please note that the organizer cannot be held responsible for any troubles caused by transfer or resale on the day of the performance.

※Tickets will not be reissued in any case (lost, stolen, damaged, forgotten, etc.).
※Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not possible after purchasing a ticket for the convenience of the customer.

“Identity Confirmation at the Time of Admission”
We will confirm the identity of the representative at the time of entry. (However, the accompanying person also has a medical questionnaire and personal information in advance to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. At that time, we may ask you to confirm your ID. Please understand in advance.
Please be sure to bring your ID card with your photo. If you do not have one, please bring 2 items from the following (resident card, health insurance card, bank cash card, employee ID card, student ID card, utility bill receipt with name, etc.)
Admission will be refused if the name on the ticket and the person cannot be confirmed. We will not refund tickets, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. at that time.
In addition, if multiple tickets are purchased at the same time, the purchaser and the accompanying person must enter at the same time. Please note that you will not be able to enter the venue.

“Measures to Prevent Covid-19 Infection”
・In this performance, the capacity of the venue will be set to 50% or less, and the audience will be held at a distance with a social distance.
・We are not allowed to take seats for other guests.
・At the time of entry, please fill in your personal information (name, contact information, etc.) on the questionnaire. We will check your ID to make sure that the contents of the questionnaire are correct. In the event of cluster infection caused by COVID-19, customer information may be provided to health centers and other related organizations. In addition, the method of registering personal information at the time of admission may differ depending on each region. Thank you for your understanding.
・At the time of arrival, those who fall under any of the following items will be refused entry on the day even if they have a ticket. If you are not feeling well, please be sure to do not overdo it.
　※Those who have any cold symptoms such as fever, cough, general pain, malaise, etc.
　※Those who may cause anxiety about customers around them due to coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc., or those who temporarily suppress the above symptoms by taking medicine etc.
　※Those who have traveled to countries, regions, etc. that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with the residents.
　※Those who have close contact with COVID-19 infection positive person
　※Those who are currently infected with COVID-19 infection at family members, friends, workplaces/schools, etc.
　※Those who do not bring a mask or those who cannot wear a mask at the venue.
　※Those who cannot follow the instructions of the organizer or staff.
・The temperature is measured with a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry.
・Depending on the temperature measurement results, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (heat fever of 1 degrees higher than normal fever), or if you have cough or sneeze symptoms, you will not be able to enter.
(The above items will be conducted by staff and performers.)
・We will disinfect your hands at the time of entry.
・After the staff confirms the ticket, please remove it yourself and put it in a special collection box.
・Please wear a mask at all times in the venue. In addition, please prepare the mask yourself.
・The venue staff will always wear masks and serve customers. (Some staff members who talk directly with customers will wear face shields.)
・Disinfectants are installed in the entrance, in the lobby, near the washroom, etc., so please disinfect your hands and wash your hands frequently.
・If you feel sick after entering, please inform the staff immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.)
・You may stand up during the performance, but please do not stand up on a chair, jump excessively, see away from your seat, or pack it forward.
・Please refrain from chatting between customers in the venue and in the lobby.
・It is also prohibited to give support or cheer during the performance.
・During the performance, the venue will always be ventilated and there will be ventilation time to open the door inside the hall.
・There is no smoking area in the venue. Also, it is not possible to re-enter for smoking.
・Waiting and waiting around the venue is prohibited at all.
・In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will refuse to receive gifts from customers, stand flowers, and congratulatory flowers.
・Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff regarding your entry and exit. In addition, after the performance, the regulations will be closed. Please sit in the seat until the staff is instructed.
