[Notes on Performance]

When purchasing tickets, please be sure to check the following notes and understand the contents.

●Only smartphone-compatible electronic tickets (Smachike https://eplus.jp/sf/guide/spticket/) will be handled.　If you apply for two tickets for this performance, you will be required to set up a visitor for all visitors on the day. (https://eplus.jp/sf/guide/fellow-ep/) (in Japanese).

●Elementary school students and younger are not allowed to enter

●This performance will be held after taking preventive measures in COVID-19 infection.

●The number of tickets sold is set to 50% or less of the capacity according to the guidelines of the venue.

Please note that due to the relaxation of regulations, the number of tickets sold may increase or ticket types may change.

●The e-ticket (Smachike) at the time of admission must be performed by the customer himself, and after confirming the staff, please enter.

●The personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed responsibly by the organizer.

Please note that depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers and the venue side.

Personal information will be stored for about one month and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.

●Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection at the time of admission.

●The temperature will be measured with a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry.

37.5 Admission is not allowed for those who are above the degree. (In that case, we will not refund the ticket fee.)

●Please be sure to wear a mask when you enter. If you do not wear it, you will not be allowed to enter. (In that case, we will not refund the ticket fee.)

●Please download the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) to your smartphone in advance.

●Please refrain from loud conversations / vocalizations from waiting for entrance to the venue and exit.

●If you wish to use the space for the disabled, please apply at least 3 days before the performance.

If you do not apply in advance, it will be difficult to secure space for the disabled due to COVID-19 infection measures, so we may not be able to guide you to the venue.

●We will not accept gifts (including flowers).

●Please refrain from waiting or waiting.

●We do not exchange or sell alcoholic drinks in the venue.

●GOODS sales are scheduled to be held.

Only customers who have tickets can purchase them.

●Re-entry and bringing in food and drinks are prohibited.

In addition, if you are unable to comply with the rules and manners requested by the organizer, you may be refused entry or you may be asked to leave.

Please note that tickets cannot be refunded except in case of postponement or cancellation of performance.
