THE GROOVERS x The Birthday June 2021 Notice of Changes in the schedule and venue

In consideration of the situation in COVID-19 infection, the Birthday x THE GROOVERS "SHIBUYA SPECIAL MATCH" Shibuya Club Quatro performance has been postponed from April 2020 to June 23, 2021.

In June 2021, we decided that it would be difficult to hold the event at the venue with the capacity set by the government and local governments, so we decided to change the schedule and venue.

Thank you to everyone who has kept your tickets for more than a year. Tickets can be entered in the performance on June 4th, so please keep the ticket in a safe place for a while until the date.

※Tickets will be refunded in the following way for those who are not convenient on the transfer performance day or those who cancel the visit.

※It is likely that the situation will continue to be unpredictable in the future. Please understand and understand that the transfer performance may be postponed or the performance may be canceled.

<About ticket refunds>

■Customers who purchase at Ticket Pia

Please send all tickets to "Ticket Pia" by mail.

When you send your ticket, please return it at the post office by special record mail. Please pay the return fee once. Specific record postal charges (up to 300 yen) are included in the refund amount.

1.Address of the refund destination

2.Name

3.Phone number that can be contacted (If there is a difference between the contents of the memo and the enclosed contents, we may check it by phone.)

4.Unit price of return ticket

5.Number of return tickets

After the ticket arrives, you will receive a refund by registered mail below.

(Ticket price, system usage fee, ticket issuance fee, and return mail price)

※Refund date: Must arrive by March 31, 2021 (Wednesday)

Refunds will be made at Lawson Ministop store where you picked up your ticket.

Please bring your ticket and apply for a refund from Loppi installed in the Lawson Ministop store.

※Refunds can be accepted even if the store is different at the same convenience store.

※Customers who have received the delivery will be reimbursed at the nearest Lawson store.
