May Friday, May 28, 2021 at Shibuya CLUB QUATTRO, "Taketa Light bulb one-man live 2021" WE NEED YOU! " "As a result of discussions with members and staff regarding the performance, we have decided to postpone the event, although it is regrettable that the declaration of a state of emergency caused by the spread of COVID-19 infection.
I would like to express my deepest apologies to all those who were looking forward to the performance.
In addition, the transfer performance date has been decided as follows.

※The opening time may be changed depending on the content of the request for the event restriction on the transfer date.
Tickets purchased on Friday, May 28 can be used for transfer performances as they are. If you are unable to arrive on the transfer performance day, we will accept a refund of your ticket.
■How to refund

※Please note that refunds other than the above period and the following procedures will not be accepted.
※It takes 3 days to complete the refund procedure using CASHPOST, so it takes 3 days for the refund to be completed.
Please note that the refund period will be from May 21 (Fri) 10:00 to Monday, May 31 23:59, but [Friday, May 28 23:59] will be the refund period.
During the above refund acceptance period, apply for a refund from the “Application Confirmation” on the application site.
We will refund you by using the external service CASH POST(Note 1).
(Note 1) CASH POST is a service provided by eContext Inc. (registration number: Kanto Finance Bureau No. 00030), a fund transfer company under the jurisdiction of the Financial Services Agency.

Log in to "My Page" on the reception site
[step2]
Click [To Refund Procedures] in "Refund Information" at the bottom of My Page.

After confirming information such as ticket fees in the “Refund Status”
Enter your e-mail address in "Refund Procedure Information Email Address" and click [Next].
[step4]
After confirming the information of "Confirmation of application details", agreeing to the contents of the guidance, click [Refund application].
Here, registration on the My Page on the reception site is completed.

To the e-mail address registered in [step3]
You will receive an e-mail with "Receipt Details" and "Receipt Procedures" from Rachike.
After confirming the contents, access the URL described.
From here, the procedure at CASH POST will begin.

Enter the "Receipt Number" in the email received in [step5] and enter the "Receipt Number" in [step5].
Enter the number of "Image Authentication" and click [Next].
[step7]
After confirming "Receiving contents", select [Deposit to designated bank transfer account] in "Select receiving method".

Enter [Reservation number] and [Phone number] at the time of application as "Authentication key", and then enter the [Reservation number] and [Phone number].
Confirm and agree to the handling of personal information, and click [Select a financial institution].

After that, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.
※Please confirm the operation and registration details during this procedure before proceeding. Please note that we will not be able to respond to any inconvenience caused by the customer during the procedure.
※Please make a refund within 3 days after the registration on the My Page site in [step4] reception site is completed. Please note that if you do not complete the procedure within 3 days, you will not be able to refund it.
