About ticket

Precautions at the time of admission and at the venue

・It is expected that admission will take longer than usual. If many people come just before the start of the show, you may not be able to enter before the start, so please come with plenty of time.
・We will check your baggage at the entrance without touching your luggage. Please open your baggage yourself and cooperate with a smooth baggage inspection.
・Due to ventilation inside the venue, there is a possibility that you may feel a difference in temperature. Please come in easy-to-adjustable clothes so that you don't get sick.
・Make sure you have a social distance at the venue. Be especially careful when entering and exiting, such as washrooms and drink exchange lines.
・When forming a line, the staff will speak to each other so that customers do not become dense.
・Thank you for your support in your heart. In addition, the conversation with the people around you will be an unexpected loud voice due to the distance, which will cause inconvenience to customers around you.
・Please refrain from talking before the performance, during the performance, and after the end of the performance, so please give consideration to those around you.
・Customers in the first row may be required to wear face shields. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
・After the performance, we will announce the exit restrictions to alleviate congestion when leaving. After the performance, it is only a guide, but please check and arrange transportation with plenty of time for about 30 minutes.

About disinfection, cough etiquette
・Please cooperate with temperature measurement and hand disinfection at the entrance.
・If your body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be admitted if you have symptoms such as cough.
