　　　There was a request from public health centers, etc. regarding customer information registered in Google Form.

　　　In some cases, it may be provided to public institutions.

2. Those who fall under any of the following are not allowed to enter.

　　◆There are abnormalities in physical condition, such as fever, cough, diarrhea, laxity, taste disorder, smell disorder, etc.

　　◆Those who have close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection, those who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.

　 　　Within the past 14 days, the government will travel to countries/regions that require entry restrictions, observation periods after entry, and the relevant countries/regions

　 　　There is close contact with residents

　　◆I had a fever exceeding normal fever within 5 days

3. The temperature measurement at the time of entry.

　　◆Admission for those with a physical condition of 37.5 ° or higher and those with poor physical condition is refused.

4. Thoroughly disinfect your hands at the entrance.

●In order to prevent droplet infection, please refrain from chatting in the venue or in the lobby.

　The act of speaking loudly or shouting loudly is prohibited.

●From the viewpoint of infectious disease control, we do not sell alcoholic beverages in the hall. Alcohol is also prohibited.

●If you feel sick in the venue, please do not overdo it and ask the staff immediately.

●Gifts and fan letters will be declined to reduce the risk of infection.

●Waiting and waiting for entrance around the venue is prohibited.

●After the performance, the regulations will be closed to alleviate congestion. Please wait on the spot until the staff is informed.
