◼️ Refund with Rotike

Remittances will be made using the "CASH POST" service of eContext (registration number: Kanto Finance Bureau Director No. 00030), a fund transfer company under the jurisdiction of the Financial Services Agency.

During the period, refund procedures will be made from "My Page" on each application site, and CASHPOST will be refunded.

Refunds cannot be made outside of the period. After the deadline, you will not be able to make any refunds.

※Depending on the domain-specific reception settings, e-mails may not arrive, so please set the reception permission for "l-tike.com" and "ent.lawson.co.jp" domains.

※The applicant who purchased the product is requested to complete the procedure.

※If there is a reimbursement history from the bank due to incorrect registration of account numbers, etc., the reimbursement fee will be deducted from the above amount. Please be careful not to make any mistakes.

[step3]  Select the "Performance Name" of the reservation you want to refund and go to the application details screen.

[step4]  Select [To Refund Procedures] in "Refund Information" at the bottom of the application details screen.

[step5] After confirming information such as ticket fees for "Refund Status"

　         Enter your e-mail address in "Refund Procedure Information Email Address" and click [Next].

[step6] After confirming the information in "Confirmation of Application Details" and agreeing to the information provided, please contact us.

            [Refund Application] Click here to complete registration on the My Page on the reception site.

　          ※You must complete the procedures from [step7] to [step11] within 3 days after [step6] is completed.

[step7]   To the e-mail address registered in [step6], "Receipt Details" and "Receipt Procedures"

              You will receive an email from Rachike. Check the contents as soon as you receive the email.

[step8]  Enter the "Reception Number" in the email received in [step7] and enter the number of "Image Authentication".

             Enter and select [Next]

[step9] Check “Receiving details” and select “Receiving method”.

           [Deposit to designated bank transfer account] Select whether to receive at the Lawson store.　

            ※If the amount received is 30,000 yen or more, [Receiving at Lawson Store] cannot be selected.

[Deposit to designated bank transfer account] When selected

[step10] Enter [Reservation number] and [Phone number] at the time of application as [step10] "Authentication key", and then enter the [Reservation number] and [Phone number] at the time of application.

                Confirm and agree to the handling of personal information, select [Select financial institution]

[step11]   After that, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.

[Receiving at Lawson stores] When selected

[step10]  The QR code for the procedure displayed can be read by holding it over the Lawson store Loppi.

               Enter the phone number at the time of booking.

[step12] Please bring the "application ticket" issued by Loppi to the cash register within 30 days.

※After completing the registration on the My Page site in the reception site of [step6], complete the refund procedure within 3 days.
