[Notes on Ticket Application]

You can apply for each department.
※Please be sure to apply in full name to manage the list to prevent the outbreak of COVID-19 infection and prevent its spread and improve public health.
※You will be asked to confirm your ID when you enter. Please note that the customer who cannot confirm it has the possibility to decline input.
If you have a companion ticket, please change your name.
※The name change of the representative ticket is prohibited. We will refuse admission to customers whose changes have been observed.
※Resale, transfer, exchange, or proxy purchase of representative tickets are prohibited at all. This is not the case. (excluding resales)

■All visitors will be required to remove alcohol and measure the temperature at the reception.
■Customers who fall under the following are not allowed to enter.
・Those who have symptoms of fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, cough, diarrhea, taste disorder, or smell disorder
・Those who have close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection
・In addition, those who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.
・Those who need entry restrictions and observation period after entry from the government within the past 14 days

■Please be sure to wear a mask when you enter. Please be sure to wear it during the live performance or in the venue. If you find a customer who is not wearing it, the staff will speak to you. Thank you for your understanding.
■At the time of entry, you will need to disinfect your hands and fingers. If you are not good at alcohol, please contact the staff.
■Please cooperate with the alignment at the interval of social distance (minimum 1m) when entering and selling goods.
■Replacement of seats between guests is prohibited.
■Please refrain from chatting with customers in the lobby etc. as much as possible.
■The award party will set up an acrylic sheet between the customer and the member.
■Customers who have finished participating in the privilege event are requested to leave the museum as soon as possible.
■Contact with members is prohibited. Please give the letter to the staff.
