TOKYO CALLING 2021 STAFF COVID-19 infection control guidelines

■Introduction
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have established the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines and are preparing for the holding of TOKYO CALLING with audiences in cooperation with related parties.
We often pitiful requests and rules to all of you, but we appreciate your cooperation.

■The Work of this Performance
・This performance is scheduled to be held after taking ten minutes of measures in accordance with the guidelines and guidelines for COVID-19 infection control set by the government and Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
・The number of people accommodated will be held in accordance with the event restrictions (upper limit, accommodation rate, etc.).
・We will thoroughly disseminate infection prevention measures at the performance to those involved in the performance.
・Performers will thoroughly measure the temperature every day, wash hands frequently, disinfect hands and fingers with disinfectants, and conduct antigen tests.
・Performance officials such as staff at the entrance will take a temperature measurement before going to work and at the start of work.
We will thoroughly wash your hands and disinfect alcohol.
All staff will wear masks, and staff in contact with customers will wear face shields and handbags.
・In the venue, performers will always wear masks except during meals.
・We will strengthen disinfection and ventilation in the venue than usual.
・We will use the ventilation equipment at the venue to enhance ventilation as much as possible.
・In the venue, we will carry out cleaning and eradication work using alcohol disinfectant.
We will thoroughly disinfect doorknobs, hand rubbing, toilets, and other places that are touched by many customers as appropriate.
・There is no directing using the audience seats.

■Visiting Guidelines
・Those who fall under the symptoms of the following items are not allowed to visit.
①Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher or symptoms of wind evil
②Sore throat, cough, headache, joint pain, nose juice, and other cold symptoms, difficulty breathing
Impairment of taste and smell, pain in the eyes and conjunctival blood, headache, joint and muscle pain, diarrhea
Those who have symptoms such as nausea
③Those who have the above symptoms within the past 2 weeks from the date of performance
④Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 and those who have been indicated on standby at home
⑤Those who may have close contact with COVID-19 positive person
⑥A person who may be suspected of being infected with COVID-19 in a family or close acquaintance
⑦Those who have a history of visiting countries/regions that require a period of observation after entering the country from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents.

・At the time of wristband exchange, we will carry out temperature measurement and hand finger disinfection using a contactless thermometer.
・The mask is specified as nonwoven fabric. If you do not have it, we will distribute it at the wristband distribution office.
If you don't wear a mask, don't wear it properly, or if you don't meet the function as a mask, the organizer will be able to do so.
If you decide, we will refuse entry.
We also refuse entry for cloth / urethane products that do not cover the entire mouth, such as mouse shields.
・Cheering and cheering during the performance will be prohibited, and private language in the hall will be prohibited.
・Dives, mosches, and other dangerous lines are also prohibited.
・You can only appreciate it at the designated location of each venue, such as the foot mark and seat at each venue.
・Food in the hall is prohibited.
Drinks are also supplied with water, so you can only drink them silently.
・Smoking is prohibited outside of public smoking areas inside and around the venue.
There is no official smoking area.
・We recommend installing the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA).
・In order to prevent infectious diseases, gifts (including hand paper) and celebration flowers will not be received.
・Each live house does not offer a slice of alcohol.
Customers are not allowed to bring in.
・Alcohol disinfectant will be installed in each live house, so please disinfect your hands when entering the venue.
・If you are waiting for waiting near the venue or by public transportation, etc., it will cause inconvenience to other people and cause trouble.
It is also prohibited in terms of measures against infectious diseases.

■About ticket refund
・Due to the extension of the state of emergency, the timing of the event will be declared, so refunds will be accepted for applicants.
