H.I.T. Diggin’ the Sounds
With the long-awaited first CD album, a tour from Higashisaka Kurotoro Reco has been decided!
A stylish jazz that I longed for from my heart.
When I was in junior high school, I was a jazz boy who reads in the swing journal. Jazz on the radio to relieve that stiffness was often good. Kyosen Ohashi, who is good at singing, Toyo Nakamura, who runs out of North America such as Brazil, and Goro Itoi introduced Ray Charles, and Nobuo Inui's magic piano was always cool. He was very enthusiastic about the Duke Ellington Orchestra, Canonball Adalley Sector, and Art Brakey & Jazz Messengers, led by Miles Davis. And it was too cool to enter household miniature shrine around the astringent jazz vocalist, Tony Bennett, Anita Odey, Kermen McLee, and especially Lambert Hendrix & Loss.
After that, I became a rock university student, and when I went to the United States a little over 20 years old, I had completely forgotten about jazz by the time I returned to Japan as a hippie with a beard in the midst of a revolution.
And half a century later, the chic jazz came from the back of household miniature shrine!
A perfect jazz harmony that is hard to believe is from my fellow in Tokyo. That was a live performance by H.I.T. (Hatch, Ito, Toku) introduced this time. Three strong men manipulating complex Japanese voice and early phrases like acrobatics. The leader, Toku, like Chet Baker, is a double set of wind instruments and songs. Speaking of which, not only Nat King Call, but also Mel Torme plays a good piano, and to Sammy Davis Jr, you can sing, musical instruments and dance. Such people will become jazz if they make sound. It's not just a matter. And everyone will be surprised by the masters of the piano trio (Jun Miyakawa, May Kusui, Yoshifumi Nimotomatsu) who support H.I.T.
Half a century ago, my jazz, which was sealed, was so happy that Mede was opened by the genius children of the son and daughter generation.
