1.About personal information
We will obtain the contact information of the visitors when purchasing the ticket.
We will provide information when requested by public institutions such as public health centers, such as when a infected person occurs. We will not use it for any other purpose or provide it to third parties.
2.About your visit
If you have any of the following, please refrain from visiting.
If your physical condition is abnormal, such as fever, cough, diarrhea, laxity, taste disorder, smell disorder, etc.
Those who have close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection
Those who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances
Those who have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with residents of the country or region.
Those who have had a fever exceeding normal fever within 5 days
Elderly people who are likely to become serious at the time of infection or those who have a chronic illness should be careful in advance and pay close attention to the event.
3.Notes and Measures
The temperature will be measured at the time of entry. We will not be allowed to enter the venue for customers 37.5°C or higher.
Please be sure to wear a mask.
Please cooperate in hand washing, hand sanitizing, and observing cough etiquette.
Please refrain from moving or changing seats, talking or shouting or cheering loudly.
Please cooperate in securing distance between customers.
Acts such as dive and mash are prohibited.
Waiting, waiting, meeting, etc. are prohibited.
If you feel a change or feel unwell during the viewing, such as a deterioration in your physical condition, please do not overdo it immediately to the staff near you.
In order to avoid congestion, the opening time may be changed for each reference number or the regulations may be removed.
In addition, if you are unable to cooperate with the rules of the venue or the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave.
4.If the infection of the new coronavirus is suspected
If symptoms of suspected infection occur within 2 weeks after the performance, please contact one of the following immediately and consult a medical institution.
