■Ticket refunds (except when performance is postponed, canceled, or no audience performance is performed)
　Those who fall under the following conditions will not be able to enter the venue and will not be able to respond to refunds.
・Those who have heat above normal heat or higher or fever of 37.5 ° C or higher
・Those who have symptoms such as cough / sore throat, headache, joint pain, breathlessness, difficulty breathing, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis symptoms, taste disorders, etc.
・Those who have close contact with those who are positive for COVID-19 infection, or those who are suspected of being infected by family members living together or close acquaintances.
・Those who have traveled to countries/regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government up to 14 days prior to the date of the performance, and who have close contact with residents of the relevant country.
・Those who cannot follow measures and instructions to prevent infection, those who cannot cooperate with actions consciously to prevent infection, and those who judge that it will hinder safety. If such an act is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave on the way.
■Please always wear a mask in the venue. Wearing a mask is mandatory even on the venue premises, such as waiting for admission. If you do not cooperate, we will refuse admission.
■At the time of admission, we will conduct a temperature measurement for all people. If you have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, or if you refuse to measure the temperature, you will not be admitted. If you are drinking alcohol, you may not be able to measure correctly, so please come without drinking.
■Loud vocal voices, cheers, conversations, finger flutes, etc. in the hall are prohibited. There is no problem with applauding, clapping, or raising your hand. Please refrain from talking or uttering with people around you during or after the show.
■Distributed exits and restricted exits may be performed to avoid congestion and crowding at the end of the performance.
■Please cooperate with the installation of "COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App COCOA" recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and apps recommended by local governments.
■We will take thorough measures to prevent infection, but please note that we are not responsible for infection in COVID-19 etc. in this performance.
■Gifts, gifts, letters, bouquets and stand flowers to members will be declined. Also, please refrain from waiting for members to enter the venue.
■For minors, please consult with parents and apply after obtaining consent.
■Personal information such as playing guide purchase history and filling out questionnaires will be strictly managed by the organizer for a certain period of time, and if infected person occurs, information may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.
