Information on purchasing tickets for customers planning to visit

Please be sure to read the ticket before purchasing.

[On the occasion]

This performance will be held with limited capacity in accordance with the guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection at music concerts.

In addition, refunds will not be made for any other reason except in the case of a change in the date and time of the event or cancellation of the performance due to changes in the situation in Japan, so please purchase after understanding in advance.

[Infection control at the time of holding]

■Pre-temperature measurement of staff and performers, wearing masks, and taking other measures to prevent infection.

■Implement infection prevention measures such as disinfection work and ventilation in the facility.

Those who fall under the following conditions will not be able to enter the venue and will not be able to respond to refunds.

●Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, cough, laxity, taste disorder, or physical condition abnormalities

●Those who have close contact with those who are positive for COVID-19 infection, those who are suspected of being infected by family members living together or close acquaintances, those who have restricted entry from the government at least 5 days before the performance date, those who have traveled to countries or regions where observation period after entry is required, those who have had close contact with residents of the country, and those who have had a fever exceeding normal fever by 5 days before the performance date.

●Those who cannot follow measures and instructions to prevent infection, those who cannot cooperate with actions consciously to prevent infection, and those who judge that they will hinder safety.

[Request for visitors]

●Please always wear a mask. (Please wear a "non-woven fabric mask" with a higher droplet prevention effect and refrain from using cloth masks or urethane masks.)

●The event will be held on the assumption of 85% of full capacity.

●When waiting for entrance, waiting for goods purchase, waiting for toilets, etc., please cooperate in securing sufficient space with customers around you.

●We will conduct a temperature measurement at the time of entry.

●Disinfectant alcohol will be installed at the entrance and various places in the lobby, so please disinfect regularly.

●I can't make a voice or cheer. In addition, please refrain from conversations, vocalizations, and calls in the venue before and after the performance as much as possible.

●We are not allowed to enter or wait at the venue.

●After the performance, we plan to release the regulations.

●Please note that refunds will not be made except for cancellations or postponements due to changes in domestic circumstances.

●If you are unable to comply with the rules and manners required by the venue or organizer, you may be asked to leave. In addition, please note that we will also respond to refunds of ticket fees at that time.

Responses to future fluctuations and deregulation of the Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Infectious Diseases

These guidelines are as of November 2022, but since the performance period lasts for one year, the social situation and the spread of infection may fluctuate during the period. Accordingly, there may be changes in the guidelines provided. One example of the expected change is:

・In light of the spread of COVID-19 infection and the social situation, in consultation with the ACPC (Concert Promoters Association) and local governments, the number of songs, time, etc. may be restricted, or cheers and voices may be permitted during the entire performance.

・"No mask wearing" may be permitted on condition that "not accompanied by vocalization" or without conditions.

・The capacity limit may be abolished and may be changed to full capacity.

・In some cases, new items may be added or changed to the guidelines in addition to the above.
