Extreme noise band based in Tokyo.
The sound that swallows countless designs such as hardcore, black metal, industrial, etc. is characterized by a style in which noise is rampant vertically and horizontally.
In 2014, he released his 1st full album "Mama" from DAYMARE RECORDINGS / HYDRA HEAD.
The second album "THROUGH THE MIRROR" released in 2017 was recorded in GodCity Studio with the hand of Kurt Ballou of CONVERGE.
In 2018, EP "BOY MEETS GIRL" was released from Thrill Jockey / BLACK SMOKER RECORDS. He has appeared on the Todoromi Shigene Series Live <leave all behind>, the urban festival <THE M/ALL>, and the “ART is in The paARTy” by Chim ↑Pom, and his activities are energetic and extensive.
On April 26, 2020, Etsuo Nakura died suddenly at the age of 34. Shin Yokota withdrew from the following year in 2021.
He returned dramatically with the live "AFTER THE RAIN" hosted in December 2022, followed by "Black Sheep" in June 2023, "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL" 23, November 2023, "leaves all behind 2023", and "All Night / 2024" in February 2024.
In August 2024, the long-awaited release of the Fall of Spring, a new album from Thrill Jockey was announced.
