Regarding tickets with benefits
In order to redeem the benefits, you will need a privilege exchange ticket issued at the time of ticket issuance. Please note that if you do not have a redemption ticket, you will not be able to redeem the benefits.
In addition, just like tickets, reward exchange tickets cannot be reissued.
Tickets with FC privileges are only available for paper tickets.

<Privileges>
・Picture ticket
We will give you a picture ticket at the venue on the day of the performance. Tickets at the time of entry will be paper tickets issued by the Play Guide. You will not be able to enter or re-enter with picture tickets.
・Special video
We will give you a QR code that allows you to watch live & off-shot special videos only to customers who have tickets at the venue on the day of the performance. Please access the QR code from your own mobile device and watch it.
・Order of entry
Customers who have special tickets can call them in the order of numbered numbers and enter first. The venue and the audience seats will be all standing without partitioning from general ticket customers. The front, front of the fence, etc. are not necessarily guaranteed. The order of entry for tickets with benefits has priority, so please purchase it after understanding in advance. After calling the reference number, it will be invalid. In addition, please refrain from taking places in the venue (place luggage, put towels, spread your hands and feet, etc.). When such an act can be seen, a staff member will call you. Please note that if the staff determines that it is malicious, we will consider invalidating the reference number and future purchase restrictions.
