Jon Cleary <John Creare>
Jon Cleary Trio Japan Tour 2013!
Thank you for waiting! New Orleans No. 1 funky piano is coming to Japan again!
John Crearely is a singer and pianist born in U.K. and active in New Orleans. At the age of 15, he was immersed in Bruce, New Orleans and Seoul, and was active in the New Orleans R&B scene in London. Since moving to New Orleans, he has been active with numerous big musicians such as Bonny Ratt, Taji Mahar and BB King. A musician who is said to be the modern "Professor Longhair (New Orleans R&B Piano Giants)" and acclaims as a band member of Bonny Ratt. I remember coming to Japan in 2009 as a live and recording member of the band of John Scofield.

Five years since the first independent tour of Japan. John Clairely returns to Japan with a new album "Oka Perak!" featuring Alan Tusan's songs. Despite being an Englishman, he was fascinated by the music of New Orleans, and moved to the ground to work. Now it has become an indispensable part of the New Orleans scene. While the sound is based on New Orleans Piano Bruce and R&B, it breathes new breath and builds a unique world. With his 10-year activity in Bonny Ratt's band, he became known to rock fans all over the world, and in 2009 he joined the Pity Street Band in John Scofield. In September of the same year, he appeared in Tokyo JAZZ with him. This band is a trio formation. The base Cornell Williams accompanies her last visit to Japan and has a long relationship with Clearly. Drums' Terence Higgins is known for his success in the Darty Dazzun Brass Band. It must be a fulfilling live performance where you can enjoy the play of Clarely. (Masahiro Suemori)
