Born in Kichijoji in 2008, the Bombing Film Festival is now held throughout the year in various parts of Japan. This time, Fujio Yamaguchi's documentary "Balard of Death" was written by Fujio Yamaguchi, who was active as a guitarist of Dynamiite in the 1960s and died in an accident last year in 2013.
