〈Kitty Daisy and Louis〉
Together with the long-awaited New Album, a solo tour for the first time in about two years has been decided!
A rock and roll band composed of three London-born brothers, formed by her eldest daughter Daisy, her second daughter Kitty, and her eldest son Louis. Born in a genuine music family with his father Gratz Derham, who has been involved in many music for more than 30 years as a mastering engineer at Island Records and others, and Ingrid Weiss, a member of the legendary ancestor Girls Postpunk band Rainkots. Growing up surrounded by vintage musical instruments from an early age, they are all multi-instrumental players songwriters who replace vocals and musical instruments with songs. From his early teens, he went on stage at the Country and Locabilee Jam pub in North London, and gradually gained a reputation by word of mouth due to steady live activities and appearance at festivals.
Finally, in 2008, he released his first album, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, which thoroughly eliminates digital and uses only analog equipment. He has received great praise from not only music magazines but also fashion magazines and other media, and has been loved by celebrities such as Amy Winehouse, Cold Play, David Lynch and Dustin Hoffman. He performed his first performance in Japan with the appearance of Asagiri Jam that year, and in 2009 he received a love call from a cold play and supported the US tour. He returned to Japan at Fuji Rock in 2010, and released his second album "Smoking in Heaven" the following year. Then, in the summer of 2014, he joined the studio with the former The Clash Mick Jones, who had been proclaiming as a fan for a long time, and released the third album "Kitty, Daisy & Lewis The Third" in the beginning of the following year, and the first tour that took place in the spring with the album was held in full swing out. And in the fall, the tour with Ego-Wrappin, which had long been proclaimed as a fan, was also sold out in all performances.
And this fall, the long-awaited new work "SUPERSCOPE" (scheduled to be released on September 29) will be released, and at the beginning of the year, it will be decided to visit Japan for the first time in about two years! In this new work, not only lyrics and production, but also engineering, we have done everything on our own, and we are thoroughly committed to analog. The songs created by even more polished songwriting skills are more energetic and emotional than ever before. Seoul, blues, and rock and rolls, which are filled with unique pop tastes, are amazingly fresh. Please look forward to them!
