For a long time, Tony Macapine and Viny Moore, who have been leading the technical guitar instrumental world, have decided to visit Japan.

　They made their debut after sending a demonstration to Mike Verney, president of Schrapnell Records, who sent Inbuy Marmstein to the world. First of all, Viny was the first one that appeared in the scene.

　It was in 1985 that Viny made his debut with the album "SOLDIERS OF THE NIGHT" after joining the power metal band VICIOUS RUMORS in San Francisco at the suggestion of Mike Verney. In 1986, Tony appeared with his album "EDGE OF INSANITY" after attracting attention for his lustrous neo classical taste technical play with smooth fingering.

　The album, the first all-instrumental album at Shrapnell Records, Tony showcases the style of building many of his solo guitars with technical play such as speed picking, sweep picking, and tapping, backed by neo classical-style heavy metal music. When the thrilling guitar play shocked the guitar scene, Viny, who withdrew from VICIOUS RUMORS, announced in 1986, the all-inquiry solo album "MIND'S EYE" full of accurate and delicate technical play in neo classical style. With the release of these two works, a new genre called Technical Guitar Instrumental, centered on Schrapnell, was established, and a technical guitar boom was created in the scene.

   Later, while Tony actively playing the fusion style, he also participated as a guitarist and keybodist for progressive metal band PLANET X and Steve Vy bands. In recent years, he has developed music that can be called technical heavy fusion using 7-string and 8-string guitars, and overcame the colon cancer that developed in 2015, released his solo album "DEATH OF ROSES" in 2017.

 On the other hand, Viny has been working as a member of UFO since 2003, while releasing solo albums incorporating fusion and Spanish elements besides Neo Classical, including his latest work "AERIAL VISIONS" (2015).

　In this way, two people who have been active in the technical guitar scene for more than 30 years will be performing live in Japan for the first time as solos. This time, the first set consists of Viny and the second set consists of Tony, Viny is the best hit live in her career culmination, and Tony is the second album "MAXIMUM SECURITY" (1987), which can be called the historical masterpiece of Guitar Inst.

　The members of the back are Peter Griffin (b) and Gergo Bolai (ds) from Tony bands, and the two play in a set of Viny. In addition, Tony and Viny will also appear on each other's set, so guitar fans will have a dreamy performance.
