John Carpenter's masterpiece selection
●This time, Director John Carpenter, 2 films will be screened!
At the "Horror Treasure Festival 2017 Bombing Sound" held at Umeda Kuatro last summer, four works were screened: Howling, The Fogg, G-Pers Clipers, and Mangler. The new charm of the work that appears by the explosion has been well received not only by horror fans but also by Kansai's fabulous movie fans.
And in the summer of 2018 this year, we chose two works, directed by John Carpenter, known for "Objects from Jupiter X" and "Halloween"!
One of the masterpieces, the masterpiece SF thriller "Zyrib" (1988) and the feature-length debut work "Dark Star" (1974), will be delivered in 2 days!
●What is the difference?
Born in 2004 at the Kichijoji Baus Theater and is now held throughout Japan throughout the year. An attempt to watch and listen to a movie in a loud sound, using a full sound set for live music instead of a normal sound setting for movie. The sound of the explosion transforms even the sight, and the music itself looks different. A bold and delicate screening that listens to mysterious sounds that cannot be heard unless they are loud.
