Transfer Performance Guidelines

This performance will be held in compliance with the guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 infection provided by the government and local governments, ensuring sufficient social distance at each venue.
In order to prevent COVID-19 infection and prevent its spread, please be sure to check the following notes before visiting and applying for tickets.

1. At the time of arrival, those who fall under any of the following items will be refused entry on the day even if they have a ticket.
If you are not feeling well, please do not overdo it.
• Those who are concerned about each infectious disease including COVID-19
• Those who have been in close contact with those who are found to be positive for COVID-19 infection
• Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 or are currently receiving instructions from a doctor to stay at home.
• Those who have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with residents of the country or region.
• Those who have cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, malaise, etc. within the past 14 days, and who have symptoms such as diarrhea, lack of taste or smell
• Those who do not wear a mask when visiting
• Those who have had a fever exceeding normal fever within 5 days
• Those who have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or more by contactless temperature measurement (non-contact thermometer or thermograph temperature measurement) performed by the organizer at the time of entry on the day.
• Those who cannot follow the instructions of the organizer or venue staff.

2. At the time of admission on the day, guests will be required to carry out alcohol disinfection for fingers and ticketing for both paper and electronic. In addition, body temperature checks will be carried out using thermography. If the temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher by thermographical check, we will check the temperature by re-measure with a contactless thermometer. Please note that if you drink alcohol, your body temperature may change.
Please check the temperature before visiting the venue on the day of the performance and confirm that the temperature is normal before visiting.

3. We ask that you observe the following at the venue.
• Please wear a mask during the performance in the hall.
• Please observe cough etiquette.
• Please cooperate with hand washing and hand disinfection.
• Please refrain from talking or shouting or cheering.
• Please cooperate in securing distance between customers.
• Please refrain from drinking excessively.

4. If you feel a change or feel unwell, such as during a live performance, please contact your local staff immediately without overdoing it.

5. After the performance, we will leave the regulations from the rear customers to alleviate congestion. Please wait on the spot until the staff is informed.

6. If there is a request from a public organization such as a local government or public health center to disclose your personal information, such as when a positive person appears in the venue, the following information may be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Please submit a simple WEB questionnaire (or entry form) before entering. Information on how to enter will be announced at the venue on the day. All customers are required to fill in the medical questionnaire with their name and contact information.
The acquired personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the above, and will be destroyed in one month after the performance.
In addition, we recommend that you register COCOA, an app for confirming contact with the new coronavirus provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and Osaka Corona tracking system.
Please note that the performance may be canceled or postponed depending on the infection status in Japan and overseas.
