<When purchasing tickets>
●This performance will be held with the accommodation rate of 50% or less.
●We will apply for up to one per person.
●The customer information registered at the time of purchase of the ticket will be shared with the public health center if a positive COVID-19 is confirmed in the venue, so be sure to visit the venue by the purchaser. If the ticket purchaser and visitors are different, admission will be refused.
●Resale or transfer of tickets is prohibited at all. Tickets will not be refunded unless determined by the organizer.
●In the event of cluster infection caused by COVID-19, customer information (address, name, contact information, etc.) may be provided to public health centers and other related organizations.

<Before your visit>
Customers who fall under the following items should refrain from visiting the venue on the day.
●Those who are not feeling well
●Those who have any cold symptoms such as fever, cough, general pain, malaise, etc.
●Those who may cause anxiety about customers around them due to coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc.
●In addition, those who temporarily reduce the above symptoms by taking medicine, etc.
●Those who have traveled to countries, regions, etc. that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government within the past 14 days, and have close contact with the residents.
●Those who have close contact with COVID-19 infection positive person
●Those who are currently infected with COVID-19 infection at family members, friends, workplaces/schools, etc.

<At the time of entry>
●Please register for the "Osaka Corona Tracking System".
●The temperature is measured with a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry.
●Depending on the temperature measurement results, if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (heat fever of 1 degrees higher than normal fever), or if you have cough or sneeze symptoms, you will not be able to enter.
●We will disinfect your hands at the time of entry.
●Please wear a mask at all times in the venue.
●The venue staff will always wear masks, and some staff will wear face shields to serve customers.
●Disinfectants are installed in the entrance, in the lobby, near the washroom, etc., so please disinfect your hands and wash your hands frequently.
●If you feel sick after entering, please inform the staff immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.)
●Please refrain from chatting in the hall, lobby, etc.
●In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will refuse receipt of letters, gifts, and stand flowers.

<Performances/Others>
●The performance time is scheduled for 90 minutes.
●You can stand and watch during the performance, but please do not leave your seat or stand on a chair.
●Please refrain from cheering or cheering to prevent infection.
●Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff regarding your departure.
●Waiting for entry and waiting for departure is prohibited at all.
