If it is determined that you do not comply with the guidelines on the day of the performance, you will be refused entry and you will be asked to leave even during the performance.

※Due to the update of the situation and guidelines, the number of tickets sold may be added or changed from time to time according to the situation.

※Tickets will be issued 3 days before the performance date.

※In order to prevent and take measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, the organizer will grasp the personal information of visitors (including accompanying persons). We will announce the entry form by the day of the performance, so please cooperate with us.

※Please download and register the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. We will check it together with the ticket at the time of admission.

※In order to avoid congestion when selling goods at the venue, we will announce the sales time for each seat number or standing position designation number at a later date.

※In order to eliminate the waiting queue, we will inform you of the meeting time for each seat number, so please cooperate with the meeting at the time of the guidance.

※Please be sure to wear a mask.

※The temperature will be measured at the time of entry. (Persons of 37.3 degrees or higher are not allowed to enter. At that time, we will refund the ticket, but we will not refund various expenses such as transportation expenses. Please cooperate with thorough physical condition management by the day.

※We will disinfect your fingers with alcohol at the time of entry.

※In the future, we will not refund any tickets except in cases where the domestic situation changes significantly and the performance is forced to be canceled.

※During the performance, if there is any danger or inconvenience, such as leaving the seat or standing position, the performance will be canceled at the discretion of the organizer. We will not refund the ticket at that time.

※After the performance, we will announce the deregulation exit to alleviate congestion when leaving and eliminate the goods line. After the performance, it is only a guide, but please check and arrange transportation with plenty of time for about 5 to 10 minutes.
