In the live operation, we will prioritize ensuring the health and safety of our customers and artists and staff, comply with the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 in Live Hall Live House" and take the following hygiene enhancement measures to perform live operation.

While paying close attention to changes in the situation, we will take care to ensure that everyone can come safely, and depending on the future situation, there is a possibility that the event will change, so we appreciate your understanding .

・It is mandatory to wear a mask inside the venue. In addition, please wash your hands and disinfect frequently. Please be careful to prevent contact and droplets with other customers.
・Please refrain from talking, cheering, or singing without a mask.
・Please note that as part of measures to prevent infection, the names and contact information of registered customers may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.
・You cannot cancel or change the ticket after purchasing the ticket.
・Tickets will not be refunded except when the performance is canceled or postponed, so please apply for the ticket after understanding.
・There is a possibility that images and photos inside the venue, including the audience seats, will be released. Thank you for your understanding.

・We will comply with the guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection. In addition, notes and operation methods will be updated from time to time.

・Customers who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (we plan to conduct a temperature measurement at the time of entry)
・Customers who have cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, and malaise within the past two weeks, or who have symptoms such as lack of taste or smell.
・Customers who travel from the government to countries or regions where entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required, and who have close contact with residents of the country or region.
・Customers who are suspected of being infected with COVID-19 by family members or close acquaintances.
・Customers who cannot follow the instructions of the venue staff
