※Please note that tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

If you are unable to attend the transfer performance, we will refund your ticket as follows.
※After the refund deadline, refund procedures will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
※Refunds will be made only to the person who purchased the product.
