Guidelines for holding performances
We will operate and hold performances with great care to prevent the spread of infection at COVID-19.
■The distance between the performer and the customer is always maintained at least 2m, and the audience seats are within the number of people accommodated in accordance with the guidelines from the government and self-governance, and the guests will also set a positional layout at intervals.
■We will keep track of the contact information of the customer who submitted the ticket when applying for the ticket, and appropriately manage it so that it can be submitted to public institutions such as public health centers if a visit to the positive infected person is found at a later date.
■Customers are requested to use the new coronavirus contact confirmation application (COCOA).
■You will be asked to enter the venue with an electronic ticket. In order to avoid congestion at the time of entry, we may provide you with information on entry according to the traffic conditions of each venue at a later date.
■At the time of entry, the staff will use a non-contact type temperature measurement to measure the temperature of the customer (temperature measurement). If a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher is confirmed as a result of the temperature measurement, or if you refuse to take the temperature measurement, you will be refused entry. In this case, the ticket will not be refunded.
※If you have any of the following symptoms on the day of the performance, please refrain from visiting.
・Those with cough, dyspnea, strong malaise, sore throat, nose juice / nose closure, taste / smell impairment, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting symptoms
※Those who fall under the following items will not be able to enter the venue on the day of the performance.
・For those with a history of PCR tests and (a) symptoms, less than 10 days from the date of onset and within 72 hours after the symptoms were relieved (b) 24 hours or more after 24 hours after the symptoms were relieved, and the negativeness was not confirmed by two PCR tests.
Or (c) In an asymptomatic pathogen carriers, less than 10 days after the negative confirmation (d) after 6 days from the sample collection date, two PCR tests have not been confirmed at intervals of 24 hours or more.
・Those who are waiting at home as close contact or whose family is waiting at home as close contact
・Those who have access to countries/regions that require a period of observation after entry from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents.
※If symptoms such as fever or coughing do not stop after entering the venue are confirmed, you may be asked to leave.
■Wearing a mask is mandatory when entering or viewing live. If you cannot wear a mask, you will be refused entry. Please bring your own mask with each customer.
■Please disinfect your hands and fingers with the disinfectant installed at the time of entry. After entering the venue, please cooperate with cough etiquette and frequent hand washing.
■If you feel sick after entering the venue, please speak to the staff immediately.
■Performers, crew members and staff of the same line will always use masks or face shields (the performers are not at the time of actual performance), and will perform temperature measurement and physical condition check before and after entering the museum. The distance between staff in the hall shall also be fixed distance.
■Waiting for the performers' venue, waiting for them, and keeping gifts will be refused this time.
■Please refrain from cheering loudly in the hall.
■In order to avoid congestion at the end of the performance, we may disperse and exit regulations, so please cooperate.
