Tickets will be refunded from 3/3 (Wednesday) 10:00 to 5/7 (Friday) 23:59 with the purchased play guide.
Please note that the refund method varies according to the purchase places.

In response to a departure from declaration of a state of emergency in Osaka Prefecture, we will suspend refunds at stores and respond by mail.
By Sunday, May 16, 2021 (postmark valid), please return the <unused ticket> by the post office's "Simple Registered Mail" to the address below.
Refunds will be made by registered mail sequentially. If you do not receive it by the end of June, please contact us.
※When returning the refund ticket, the simple registered mail fee of 404 yen will be refunded together with the ticket fee.
