Measures against COVID-19 infection

When purchasing tickets, please be sure to check the following notes and understand the contents.

■Initiatives related to live performances

●This performance will be conducted with infection prevention measures in accordance with the COVID-19 Prevention Measures Guidelines.
●The capacity will be limited according to the guidelines.
Please note that the number of tickets sold may be increased due to the relaxation of regulations.
●The personal information registered at the time of ticket application will be managed by the organizer.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers and the venue side. Personal information will be stored for about one month and then destroyed in an appropriate manner.
●Performers and staff pre-temperature measurements, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and disinfect fingers.
●Periodically ventilate the air in the hall, such as opening the door during the event.
●We will thoroughly disinfect places where customers are likely to touch, such as handrails and door knobs in the venue.

■For those who fall under any of the following, please refrain from visiting the venue on the day.

● If you have a fever of 37.5°C or higher due to voluntary temperature measurement before visiting
● Those who have been consulted or medication for fever or cold symptoms within the past 14 days, those who fall under the following symptoms:
(Cough, dyspnea, general malaise, sore throat, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell impairment, eye pain and conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting)
● Those who have close contact with COVID-19 positive persons, those who are suspected of being infected with family members or close acquaintances.
● Those who have a close contact with residents of the relevant country or region within the past 14 days, such as immigration restrictions, travel to countries or regions that require observation period after entry from the government, and require close contact with residents of the relevant country or region.
Also, if you have had contact with a person with the same symptoms as above within the past 14 days.

※ In the case of the above, in principle, we will respond to ticket refunds, so please avoid unreasonable visitors.

■On the day of the performance, we ask all visitors to cooperate with the following to prevent infection.

● Please be sure to wear a mask when you visit. Admission is not allowed if you do not wear it.
　 In addition, please prepare your own mask and wear it at all times.
● I would appreciate your thorough cough etiquette.
● The temperature will be measured with a non-contact thermometer at the time of entry. If you have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, you will not be allowed to enter.
● Hand sanitizer will be prepared at the entrance. Please thoroughly disinfect it.
● In the hall, please ensure social distance (social distance).
● Please avoid activities at high risk of infection, such as conversations at close distances, eating and drinking in the venue and indoor common areas (excluding hydration to maintain physical condition).
　 In addition, loud voice, singing, and cheering are prohibited.
● Waiting, waiting, gifts, flowers, and letters are not accepted to prevent infection.

"If you arrive without applying in advance, it will be difficult to secure space for the disabled due to COVID-19 infection measures, so we may not be able to guide you to the venue. "
