[To customers who purchase tickets]

Before applying for a ticket purchase, be sure to check the following before applying.

・Please be sure to wear a mask before visiting. Please wear a mask at all times during the performance.

・Please cooperate with the alignment at the time of admission and in the hall with sufficient intervals.

・In order to create a visitor list, we may ask you to fill in your name and emergency contact information, so please cooperate.

・We will check the temperature before entering the venue on the day. Visitors of 37.5 degrees or higher may be refused entry.

・Please disinfect your hands with alcohol disinfectant at the entrance.

・ Please refrain from loud voices, conversations, and excessive drinking in the hall.

・Please note that ticket refunds will not be possible unless the performance is postponed or canceled.

・Please note that opening and opening hours are subject to change at the request of the government and local governments.
