<Information and Precautions for Holding>

Please be sure to check the following information and precautions, apply for a ticket, and come to the venue after understanding.
In the future, in accordance with changes to the guidelines announced by the Government Headquarters and Osaka Prefecture, and in accordance with infection status, performances may be canceled or operating rules may be subject to change. Thank you for your understanding.
●It is mandatory to wear a mask inside the venue. Please wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently.
●Please refrain from talking, cheering, or singing without a mask.
●At the time of admission, we will measure the temperature and disinfect your fingers.
●Please also check your own temperature before visiting the venue.
●Drinking customers may have higher body temperature, so please come without drinking.

●If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave. Please note that we will not be able to refund the ticket price at that time.
●There is no smoking area.
●After the performance, the regulations will be closed. Please wait in your own seat until you are instructed by the staff.

★Prevention of COVID-19 infection and prevention of spread
●Those who fall under the items listed below will be refused entry on the day.
1. Those who have traveled abroad within 2 weeks before the performance and cannot prove negative.
2. Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher, those who are drunk, or those who have symptoms such as coughing, laxity, runny nose, headache, vomiting, odor taste disorder etc.
3. Those who are suspected of being infected with the family living together
4. Those who cannot keep personal information
5. Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance
6. Those who have close contact with those who have received positive COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance
●If you have underlying diseases (hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, etc.), or if you are pregnant, please refer to the information of related organizations and make a careful judgment.
●Please note that personal information received at the time of purchase may be shared with government agencies. In addition, personal information will be kept for about one month and destroyed later.
●Please register the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
●On the day, the operation staff will wear a mask (in some cases with face shield) and rubber gloves.
●Please note that we will not be able to make any refunds if you are unable to comply with the above precautions and refuse admission.
●If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
