This performance will be carried out after taking measures to prevent the expansion of COVID-19 infection.

Please be sure to read the following contents and understand and cooperate before visiting.

<Request for time difference admission>

In order to alleviate congestion at the time of entry, we will set a designated admission time according to the seat classification as a time difference entry.

Please check the seat classification on the ticket and come to the designated admission time below.

※When you arrive, please follow the guidance of the staff outside the venue.

※Admission is possible even after the designated admission time, but restrictions may be imposed.

※It is subject to change from advance notice depending on congestion and weather.

<Requests to Customers for Visiting>

If you do not comply with the rules of the prohibited items below, we may refuse entry.

※Please wear a mask on the day of the event.

※At the entrance, you will be admitted after measuring the temperature (non-contact type) and disinfecting your hands.

※Re-entry is not allowed

※Viewing outside of your seat or standing position is prohibited.

※During the performance, you will not be able to watch with a loud voice.

※Please refrain from talking in the lobby or venue.

※We ask for your cooperation in ensuring social distance between our customers.

※We prohibit any dangerous acts involving contact.

※The smoking area at the venue is closed and cannot be used.

※At the end of the show, the regulations will be closed. Please follow the guidance of the staff.

※Please cooperate with the installation and use of the contact confirmation application (COCOA) specified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

[Admission will be refused if any of the following applies.]

・Those who are not wearing a mask

・Those who have a fever (37.5 °C or more) at the time of temperature measurement at home or entrance.

・Those who have symptoms of dyspnea, general malaise, nasal discharge / nasal congestion, taste / smell loss, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint / muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea / vomiting within the past 3 days

・Those who have close contact with those who are positive for COVID-19 infection

・Those who are suspected of being infected with family members or acquaintances living together.

・Those who have a close contact with the residents of the country or region that requires entry restrictions, observation period after entry from the government within 2 weeks, and those who have close contact with the residents of the country.

・Those who have been tested positive by COVID-19 infection or have been instructed by a doctor to stay at home.

※In case of infected person, we will grasp the names and contact information of visitors and provide information to public institutions such as public health centers if necessary.

The above information may be changed depending on the date of the event and the guidelines of the government and related organizations.
