In light of the recent expansion of COVID-19 infection, the engy ONEMAN LIVE “On weekdays” Osaka performance will be postponed and a transfer performance will be held.
We sincerely apologize to all those who have been looking forward to this performance.
The performance in Tokyo will be held on September 24 (Fri) as scheduled.

If you can attend the transfer performance, your current September 11 performance ticket will be valid as it is.
Please keep it in a safe place until the day of the transfer performance.
In addition, we will accept a refund of the ticket price for those who have purchased tickets and who have difficulty visiting the transfer performance.

[step2] Click [To Refund Procedures] in [Refund Information] at the bottom of My Page.
[step3] After confirming information such as ticket fees for "Refund Status", enter your email address in "Refund Procedure Information Email Address" and click [Next].
[step4] After confirming the information in "Confirmation of Application Details", agreeing to the guidance contents, click [Refund Application].

An e-mail with "Receipt Details" and "Receipt Procedures" will be sent from Rachike to the e-mail address registered in [step5] and [step3]. After confirming the contents, access the URL described here, the procedure with CASH POST will begin.
Enter the "Reception Number" in the email received in [step6] and [step5], enter the number of "Image Authentication", and click [Next].
[step7] After confirming the contents of receipt, select [Deposit to designated bank transfer account] in "Select the method of receipt".
[step8] Enter [Reservation Number] and [Phone number] at the time of application as "Authentication Key", confirm and agree to the handling of personal information, and click [Select a financial institution].
After [step9], follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.
