※Please register for the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA) COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
※Please be sure to bring your ID card on the day of the performance. We will confirm the name of the purchaser's ticket and the name of the ID card.

<One OK> License / Passport / Student ID (if you have a photo of your face) / My Number Card (Personal Number Card)
<Please prepare 2> Resident card / insurance card / student ID card (no face photo)
・The following items can also be used for the second confirmation document.
"Because one of the following ID cards cannot be used, be sure to bring them with the above ID card.
Example: Resident card + insurance card → OK/Resident Card + Cash Card → OK/Cash Card + Credit Card → I can't use it
Cash card / credit card / card such as TSUTAYA (with name) / hospital consultation ticket
