・A registration form is required for all visitors. Please download and print it out below, fill in the form, and come to the venue. It will be collected at the entrance.

Personal information will be strictly managed by the performance organizer for a certain period of time, and will not be used for any other purpose other than to track the route of infection in the event of a infected person or to provide it to public institutions such as insurance offices as necessary.
・Please register for the "Osaka Corona Tracking System" introduced by Osaka Prefecture.
・The temperature will be measured at the entrance.
・Please come and visit us wearing a mask. Those who do not wear a mask will not be allowed to enter.
・Use of smoking areas in the lobby is prohibited.
・If you feel sick after entering, please inform the staff immediately. (You may be asked to leave depending on the symptoms.)

In addition, please refrain from visiting customers who fall under any of the following items.
●Customers who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (we will take the temperature at the venue, but please be sure to check the temperature at home before heading to the venue)
●Customers who have cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, and malaise within the past 2 weeks, and who have symptoms such as diarrhea, taste or lack of smell.
●Customers who travel from the government to countries or regions where entry restrictions and observation periods after entry are required, and who have close contact with residents of the country or region.
●Customers who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances.
●Customers who may cause inconvenience to other customers due to sneezing, runny nose, droplet, contact, etc.
●Customers who cannot follow the instructions of the venue staff

・Please note that tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is postponed or canceled.
・Please note that some seats may be high chairs.
・Please note that if you purchase multiple tickets, you may be away from your companion.

There is a possibility that this request and precautions may be changed due to the announcement of the government and local government.
