This performance will be held in accordance with the COVID-19 infection Guidelines.
In order to prevent the spread of infection, please be sure to adhere to the following when visiting the venue.
In addition, if you do not cooperate, we will refuse admission.
Also, if you have already entered, you may be asked to leave.
＊Please note that tickets cannot be refunded in any case, except in case of postponement or cancellation of the performance.

・Preschool children are not allowed to enter (tickets for elementary school students and above are required)
・Tickets will be sold only for Pia Electronic Tickets.
・You can purchase up to two tickets per person.
・In this performance, you will be required to issue tickets one ticket at a time to understand the visitors [in connection with COVID-19 infection measures].
・If you purchase multiple copies, it is mandatory to distribute them to the accompanying party at Cloak. Purchasers cannot issue tickets at once.
・You do not need to register your companion's information when purchasing a ticket.
・The companion also needs a Pia membership ID when receiving the ticket distribution. If you register as a Pia member by the performance date, you can distribute it to anyone.
・The name of the Pia member who issued the ticket will be printed on the ticket, and entry by anyone other than the person listed will not be possible.

※If the companion does not have a smartphone such as a child, or if you are a garage.
All those who cannot distribute due to equipment failure, etc. will be handled on the day.
We will confirm your purchase and ID at the reception desk, and we will respond.

※Opening and opening hours may change, such as when there is a request from the local government to shorten the time. Please note that we will not be able to refund the ticket fee at that time.

・Please cooperate with wearing a mask. If you do not wear a mask, you will not be able to enter.
・The temperature will be measured and hand sanitized at the time of entry.
・Please refrain from loud conversations or vocalizations from waiting for entrance to the venue or exit.
・Please ensure social distance between customers, such as waiting for admission or waiting for merchandise sales.
・Waiting for performers to enter or wait for them is prohibited.
・We do not accept letters, bouquets, gifts, etc. to performers.
・On the day of the performance, shooting equipment and cameras may enter the audience seats for recording, etc.
　The recorded video and photos may be used for products and promotions. Thank you for your understanding.

・Those who cannot cooperate with the temperature measurement at the time of entry
・Those who refuse to provide personal information
・Those who are ill
・Those who cannot cooperate with the instructions of the staff
