・Information such as countermeasures and precautions may be updated due to changes in the guidelines of the government and related organizations.

・Personal information received at the time of purchase may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers.

・Tickets will not be refunded except in case of postponement or cancellation of performance.

Before the performance

　Elderly people who are likely to become serious at the time of infection or those who have a chronic illness should consider carefully and refrain from visiting customers who fall under the following items.

・Those who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (heat fever of 1 degrees higher than normal fever) (Please take the temperature before visiting)

・Those who have been consulted or medication for fever or cold symptoms within 14 days from the date of the performance

・Those who have had an abnormal sense of smell, abnormal taste, cough, runny nose, or fever within 14 days from the date of the performance

・Those who require entry restrictions or observation period after entry from the government within 14 days from the date of the performance, travel to the relevant area, and have close contact with the residents.

・Those who are suspected of being infected by family members or close acquaintances

・Those who have a little anxiety about visiting

On the day of the performance

・Please be sure to register the COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App (COCOA).

・Please bring a nonwoven fabric mask and wear it at all times.

・At the time of entry, temperature measurement and alcohol disinfection of fingers will be carried out.

・During the performance, the audience will be ventilated as much as possible.

・Regulations may be entered and exited to alleviate crowds.

・Please refrain from cheering during the performance and loud conversation, vocalization or singing.

・Fan letters, gifts, stand flowers, etc. will be declined to receive them in order to reduce the risk of infection.

・When conducting product sales, install vinyl curtains and acrylic boards to take measures to prevent droplets.

・Please note that videos and photos inside the venue, including the audience seats, may be released.

When admission is refused

・Those who have a temperature measurement of 37.5 degrees or higher (heating of 1 degrees higher than normal fever) at the time of admission, or who are refused to take the temperature measurement

・Those who are not wearing a mask

・Please follow the measures to prevent infection and the instructions of the staff, and refrain from any actions that may inconvenience other customers. If you decide that it will hinder safety, you will be asked to leave.
