[Efforts to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 Infection and Requests to Customers]

At the KANAME KAWABATA Live house tour 2022 "black box", we will take the following measures to prevent the spread of infection, and strive to ensure the safety and security of visitors, their families, and those involved in the performance.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to create a safer and more secure environment so that all customers can participate happily.

The following measures will be implemented at the venue.

・If there is a high risk of infection, such as a close condition of the customer, the staff may speak to you, so please cooperate with us.

・The capacity will be set based on the guidelines for measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection announced by the government and local governments.

・The performance will be held with sufficient distance between the performers and the customer.

・Goods sales will be implemented in consideration of infection prevention measures, but may be changed depending on the situation.

・At the entrance, you will be able to check your physical condition by checking your body temperature using a thermograph or contactless thermometer.

・Alcohol disinfectant will be installed at the entrance, lobby, etc.

・In addition to regular ventilation by venue equipment, we will open doors as necessary to strive for optimal ventilation in buildings and facilities.

・In order to avoid crowding, smoking areas at the venue are not available.

・The dressing room (toilet) is very crowded, so please use it smoothly and cooperate.

In addition, after the performance, the use time of the dressing room (toilet) may be limited for disinfection and cleaning.

・Places that many customers touch, such as handrails and elbows, will be disinfected at any time.

・All performers, including performers and staff, will disseminate and thoroughly disseminate infection prevention measures from the preparation period to the performance period.

・Performers (except during the performance), staff and all related parties will always wear masks (partial face shields, goggles, gloves, etc.).

・Please note that the guide staff at the venue will be guided by wearing a mask (some face shields).

Requests to Visitors

<Before visiting>

・Please always wear a mask on the route to your visit.

・On the day of the performance, please check the temperature before heading to the venue.

・Those who fall under the following conditions are not allowed to attend. Tickets cannot be refunded at that time.

1) Those who have a fever (37.5 ° C or higher) at home or at the time of temperature measurement at entrance

2) Those who have symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, breathlessness, difficulty in handling breath, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis symptoms, taste disorders, etc.

3) Those who have close contact with those who are positive for COVID-19 infected person, or those who are suspected of being infected by family members living together or close acquaintances.

4) Those who have traveled to countries/regions that require entry restrictions and observation periods after entry from the government at least 14 days prior to the date of the performance, and those who have close contact with residents of the country.

5) Those who have been tested positive for COVID-19 and are currently instructed to wait at home by a doctor.

・Elderly people who are likely to become serious at the time of infection, those who have a chronic illness, and those who are currently pregnant are encouraged to consider carefully before participating.

・Personal information of those who purchase tickets will be strictly managed for a certain period of time, and will not be used for any other purpose except for use to track the route of infection in the event of infected person or to provide it to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary.

・Please be careful about your physical condition management before the performance.

・We recommend installing COCOA, a COVID-19 contact confirmation app provided by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. This app allows you to receive notifications about the possibility of contact with a positive COVID-19 infection by using Bluetooth on your smartphone.

<At the time of visit>

・Please wear a mask at all times in the venue and on the venue premises.

・When the start time is near, the entrance will be crowded, so please come with plenty of time.

・At the time of admission, the temperature will be measured for all customers. Those who have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher or those who have refused to take the temperature will not be admitted.

・Alcohol disinfectant will be installed at the entrance and various places in the venue. Thank you for your cooperation in frequent disinfection.

・When arranging in a waiting line, a waiting line for the dressing room (toilet) waiting line, etc., please cooperate with the arrangement at intervals.

・Please refrain from talking with each other as much as possible.

・In order to avoid congestion in the lobby, please stay in your own seat as much as possible until the performance starts.

・During the performance, we will ask you to appreciate the designated seats and prohibit cheering and finger fluteting. There is no problem with applauding or clapping.

・After the performance, it will be "restricted" to avoid crowding. The staff will guide you, so please wait in your seat until there is guidance. Please do not meet with your companions in the lobby, but outside the venue.

・After the performance, please refrain from going to a meal or alcohol seat between guests.

・All performers' "waiting for entrance" and "waiting for departure" at the venue are prohibited.

・We will decline the receipt of food and drink gifts to the performers.
