■Request regarding ticket reception (lottery)

・To prevent contact infection, all tickets will be sold by electronic ticket (paper tickets will not be sold). Also, if you have a companion, please distribute the electronic ticket before entering. If it is difficult to distribute to the accompanying person in advance, please be sure to bring the purchaser and the accompanying person to the venue window on the day of the performance.

・Personal information registered at the time of ticket purchase and electronic ticket distribution will be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary, including tracking infection routes when performers, staff, and customers confirm positive COVID-19. Please note that we cannot respond to refunds for your convenience.

※If the winner cannot come to the venue, you will not be able to enter by anyone other than the person for any reason.

■About visit

・When entering on the day, please operate the smartphone by yourself under the direction of the staff. Please be careful not to turn on your smartphone when you enter.

・Even if you purchase a ticket, the following people will not be allowed to enter on the day.

■Those who do not wear a mask (must wear a mask at all times in the venue)

■Those who cannot cooperate with the temperature measurement at the time of entry, or those who have confirmed a fever above the body temperature (37.5 ° C) specified here.

※If you are drinking at the time of temperature measurement, it may not be possible to measure correctly, so please refrain from drinking before visiting as much as possible.

■Those who have cough, sore throat, or other cold symptoms

■Those who have a history of visiting countries or regions that require entry restrictions, observation period after entry from the government within the past two weeks, and have close contact with the residents.

■Those who are currently positive for COVID-19 infection (those who are undergoing medical treatment and follow-up after a positive test and have not been certified as "Completion of medical treatment" by a public health center)

■Those who have been certified by the close contact by the Public Health Center within the past two weeks or who have had a history of behavior that corresponds to close contact (without a mask, contact within 1 m for more than 15 minutes) if the close contact is not tracked by the Public Health Center.

■Those who have suspicious symptoms in family members, acquaintances, etc.

■At the time of viewing

・The capacity will be decided in consultation with the venue based on the guidelines for holding events of the government and local governments.

・This performance is a performance that you can enjoy without cheering. From the viewpoint of preventing droplet infection, please refrain from singing or cheering in a loud voice. Anything that is judged to be annoying to other customers will be prohibited.

・We recommend that you use nonwoven fabric masks for masks.

・Acts such as recording, recording, shooting, distribution, etc. in the venue are prohibited. If you find any action, you will be asked to leave after confiscating the equipment and removing the data.

・Please refrain from using light objects such as psyllium and lumicalite in the hall.

・If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please contact the staff immediately (you may be asked to leave depending on symptoms).

・At the venue, please follow measures and instructions to prevent infection, and cooperate in actions that are conscious of infection prevention. If we determine that it will hinder safety, we may ask you to leave.

■Other notes

・Avoid sealing, crowding, and closeness, and refrain from loud conversations and contacts between customers in the venue (handover of goods, handshake, high touch, etc.).

・Disinfectants are installed at the entrance of the venue and the bathroom, so please disinfect your hands frequently.

・Gifts, letters, celebration flowers, etc. addressed to the performers will be declined.

・Please cooperate with the registration of the COVID-19 Tracking App (COCOA) before visiting.

・For customers who are waiting for the performance in the future, please refrain from writing productions and contents on the Internet.
