※If you are subject to self-restraint, the performance will be canceled. In that case, we will refund the admission ticket fee.
※Please wear a mask at all times when you come to the venue, check with a thermograph and thermometer before entering.
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher at the temperature measurement, you are not feeling well, or if you do not observe the entrance conditions, you will be refused entry.
※Due to ventilation of the venue, some doors will be opened even after the show starts.

Please note that we will not refund the ticket price, travel expenses, etc. in the following cases.
※If you are not allowed to enter and leave.
※When the performers are changed or canceled, or the appearance time or stage is changed.
※If you move unnecessarily from the reserved seat or viewing position during the performance and the live is canceled.
※In addition, when you leave without responding to the instructions of the operation, venue, or artist staff.
