This performance will be held with infection prevention measures based on the COVID-19 Infection Prevention Guidelines for Music Concerts. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that visitors can enjoy the performance with peace of mind.

[When visiting]
■Please check the temperature yourself before visiting the venue on the day of the performance.
■Please refrain from visiting if any of the following apply.
・Fever (as a guide, 37.5 degrees or higher, or less than 37.5 degrees higher than normal fever)
・In addition, there are symptoms of suspected infection to COVID-19
・Received positive COVID-19 and the medical treatment period specified by health centers has not passed.
・In close contact with persons who have been tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 5 days (including identification by public health centers, etc., public awareness from offices and voluntary judgments)
■Please come with plenty of time to avoid congestion when entering.

[At the performance venue]
■Mask (reliable quality. Nonwoven fabric mask is recommended. ) Must be worn correctly. (Excluding infants)
■Please wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently, and refrain from contacting the facilities and equipment at the venue more than necessary.
■Please ensure a physical distance that does not interact with other customers or staff in waiting queues and venue lobbys.
■For singing and cheering during the performance, please enjoy as much as you can talk with your neighbors, as long as you do not hinder the appreciation of customers around you.
■Please refrain from talking or shouting loudly. However, it may be possible to make a loud voice temporarily in response to the appearance and call of performers, fan service, production effects, etc.
■Thorough cough etiquette, please.
■When eating and drinking, refrain from talking with the mask removed, and wear a mask except during eating and drinking. Also, please refrain from drinking excessively.
■If you do not cooperate with infection prevention measures or if you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you may be asked to leave. In that case, we will not refund the ticket price etc.

Others
■If you are worried about your own health and refrain from visiting, or if you are found to be fever or symptomatic at the venue on the day and cannot enter, you will not be refunded in principle.
■If the “Guidelines for Preventing COVID-19 Infection at Music Concerts” or the government or local government policies regarding holding events are revised by the day of the performance, the content announced in advance may be changed and the performance may be held in accordance with the latest standards.
